Beverage Ingredient Supply for Manufacturers & Bottlers
Liquid and dry sweeteners for carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, functional beverages, and powdered mixes — delivered in totes, drums, and tanker loads with a COA on every lot. U.S. sugar deliveries for food and beverage use are running at roughly 12.26 million short tons raw value in 2025/26, and beverage producers who buy at scale need a supplier built for scale. That’s what we do.
Sweeteners We Supply to Beverage Manufacturers
Every product below ships with a certificate of analysis covering the specs that matter in liquid applications — solids, clarity, color, and microbiological data. Kosher and organic certifications are available across the line.
Bulk Liquid Sucrose
Liquid sucrose is the backbone of full-sugar beverage production — pre-dissolved, filtered, and ready to meter directly into your batching system. No dissolving tanks, no crystalline handling, no variability between batches. Standard spec is approximately 67.5 Brix with controlled color and turbidity for clear and colored beverages alike.
Available from cane or beet in conventional grades, plus high-color liquid sucrose where a deeper flavor profile is wanted. For syrup rooms running continuous production, we schedule recurring tote and tanker deliveries against your production calendar.
HFCS 55 & 42
High fructose corn syrup remains the volume sweetener of American soft drink production — the beverage industry takes over 90% of domestic HFCS-55 deliveries. HFCS 55 matches sucrose sweetness in carbonated formulas; HFCS 42 serves juices, teas, and flavored waters at lower cost per sweetness unit.
Both grades ship at approximately 77% solids with full microbiological documentation. Totes and tanker loads with heated transport available for cold-weather delivery.
Crystalline Fructose
Crystalline fructose delivers roughly 1.2× the sweetness of sucrose at beverage pH, so reduced-calorie formulas hit their sweetness target with fewer grams of sugar on the label. It dissolves fast, stays clear in solution, and enhances fruit flavors — which is why it shows up in flavored waters, sports drinks, and light juice blends.
Supplied in 50 lb bags and supersacks with purity, moisture, and particle-size data on every COA.
Organic & Clean-Label Liquids
For brands whose labels sell the product, we supply organic liquid sugar with full USDA NOP documentation, plus evaporated cane juice, agave syrup, honey, and tapioca syrup for kombucha, craft soda, cold brew, and better-for-you lines.
Organic certificates, non-GMO verification, and country-of-origin documentation ship with the order — the paperwork your co-packer and your retailer audits will ask for.
Stevia & Monk Fruit
Zero-calorie lines run on high-intensity sweeteners, and blend ratios make or break the finished taste. We supply high-purity stevia extract (Reb A grades selected for minimal aftertaste), monk fruit sweetener, and erythritol as a bulking partner — the standard toolkit for diet soft drinks, flavored waters, and functional beverages.
Purity, steviol glycoside content, and heavy-metals data on every COA, with technical support on sweetness-equivalence conversions when you’re reformulating.
Dextrose & Maltodextrin
Powdered drink mixes, sports hydration, and energy formulas are built on dextrose and maltodextrin — fast-dissolving carbohydrates that carry flavor, add body, and control sweetness intensity. We also stock glucose syrup solids and corn syrup solids for spray-dried and instant applications.
Mesh size, DE value, and moisture specs documented per lot, in 50 lb bags and supersacks sized for blending operations.
Packaging Built for Beverage Production
From R&D batches to full production runs, packaging matches your intake capability. All containers are food-grade with lot traceability from receipt to delivery.

FAQs About Beverage Sweetener Supply
What sweeteners are used in commercial beverage production?
Full-sugar beverages run on liquid sucrose or HFCS 55. Juices and teas often use HFCS 42 or crystalline fructose. Zero-sugar lines use stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol blends, while powdered mixes are built on dextrose and maltodextrin. Most producers use several — which is why we stock the full range.
Do you deliver liquid sugar in tanker loads?
Yes. Liquid sucrose, HFCS, and organic liquid sugar ship in 275-gallon totes and full tanker loads, scheduled against your production calendar. Drums and pails are available for smaller runs and R&D work.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis covering solids, color, clarity, and microbiological data, plus lot traceability and freight documentation. Kosher, organic, and non-GMO certificates are provided where applicable.
Can you supply sweeteners for clean-label or organic beverages?
Yes. Organic liquid cane sugar, evaporated cane juice, agave, honey, and tapioca syrup are available with USDA NOP documentation and non-GMO verification for brands with label-driven sourcing requirements.
What's the minimum order for beverage sweeteners?
MOQs vary by product and packaging format. Liquid sweeteners start at pails and drums for smaller brands, with volume pricing at tote and tanker scale. Contact us for specifics on the products you need.
